We at Långholmen Kajak are now looking for a Junior Sales and Order Coordinator who wants to work closely with sales, customer contact, and order management in a small and dedicated team.

The role is operational, customer-oriented, and varied, and is suitable for you who thrive with structure, responsibility, and daily customer dialogue – and who is comfortable with sales being a natural part of the job.

About the role

As a Junior Sales and Order Coordinator, you are a central part of the daily operations and take over everyday tasks related to sales, customer contact, and order flow. You work closely with colleagues in logistics and coordination, ensuring that the customer's journey from inquiry to delivery runs smoothly.

The role is long-term and has room for development. The work content may vary throughout the year, but the responsibility for the daily flow remains constant.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries in-store, via phone, and email

Actively work with consultative sales and help customers choose the right products and options

Create and follow up on simpler quotes

Work daily with order management in our order system

Ensure that orders are correct regarding content, dates, and delivery methods

Collaborate closely with logistics and coordinators regarding deliveries and pickups

Work in-store and be responsible for the delivery of orders

Contribute to a professional, service-oriented, and pleasant customer interaction

Working hours

In a strongly seasonal business like ours, working hours may vary. For example, shifts between 9 AM and 6 PM may occur, and during certain periods, work on Saturdays may replace a weekday.
